Pink & Mint Floral Block Print Kantha Throw

Our new range of throws uses the technique of ‘Kantha’ – a running stitch, one of the oldest forms of Indian embroidery, which was traditionally used in West Bengal and Bangladesh. The throws are 100% printed cotton and are embellished with lines of running stitches. They are perfect for sofas or as bedspreads, bringing an injection of colour, print and texture to a room.

With a print on both sides, this beautifully fresh throw has a flowering plant print on one side of iced mint and pink-red flowers the leaves are outlined in light grey and are block-printed on a crisp white background. The back of the throw also has a small-scale repeat pattern of a floral motif in matching colours making the throw double-sided.
